Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment, we dedicate 4-5 hours of our doctors’ time solely to you; therefore, we would appreciate a 48-hour notice before a cancellation. Late cancellations and no-shows will not be rescheduled unless the $250 consultation fee is paid. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
